As parents we talk about how well we know our kids, but what amazes me is how much they know about us. Adam did a survey at school for father's day. This is what he had to say about his daddy...
My daddy is 25 years old.
My daddy's name is daddy.
My daddy has white hair and brown eyes.
My daddy's favorite food is spicy chicken.
My daddy's favorite color is brown.
My daddy's job is the bouncy. (we are guessing this response is a result of us taking him to the bouncy place for his birthday and saying we weren't going to work that day.)
Daddy is happy when he's with food.
Daddy gets mad when he sees buzzy bees and flies.
My favorite thing to do with daddy is playing with toys.
The best thing about my daddy is the bouncy.
This and the little poem with hand prints and footprints of the boys was Joe's favorite gifts. It's true... It's the simple things.
